Hallelujah! Some of you may know -- I was really run down in December -- with the stress of finals, the stress of holidays, the cold weather, etc. My immune system was on the fritz -- I caught 3-4 sicknesses between Dec. 15 and Jan. 15. (Cold, flu, laryngitis, bronchitis, strep throat, etc.) I spent so much time sleeping, lounging around, running into high-school classmates unshowered at the bank (see story below) and overall spreading germs.
In January I finally went to the CU health clinic and talked to the head physician. She explained with my stress levels (the nature of law-school) that I should be a on a strict vitamin regime -- including a food-based vitamin B (more than 1x/day). I've always been a believer in vitamins, but only took them sporadically, not really understanding their benefit.
That very day -- I ran to Vitamin Cottage and bought these - New Chapter Organics Coenzyme B Food Complex. For about $10/bottle -- I started taking 2-3/day and felt better in no time. Since then - my stress has been manageable, my energy has increased at least double, and overall I feel a lot happier than I did in November and December. (And best of all -- I'm happy to report -- NO SICKNESSES since then, despite the spreading of cold/flu, etc. at school at and my cousins' day-care).
EVERYONE should go buy these (today) - I promise its worth it and you'll tell a difference. I take these once in the morning and once at night with a generic multi-vitamin.

You just about have me sold on those! If only vitacost.com offered them at the low cost of $10, I would have bought them immediately! I'l check the local vitamin store next.
I forgot to mention there are two different sizes -- I bought the 30 tablet bottle ($10-12) and have had to replace the bottle only once. (As opposed to the 180 tablet bottle for $45).
I try to take 2/day -- but some days I forget and only take them in the morning. One bottle should last about 3 weeks ~ if I had the money though, I'd buy the bigger bottle.
