I'm going... but my excitement level is at or below moderate. I've blogged enough about this, here and here so I won't go into detail.
I still haven't put together my head-turning 'fabulous outfit,' or lost those extra 30lbs that I was desperately trying to lose (I would have been perfectly happy with 15). Instead, I'm highly considering comfy jeans and a t-shirt and hoping I can drown out the awkwardness of the night with plenty of vodka shots.

Maybe if I get motivated this weekend, I'll try to pull something cute together and offer a few ideas for everyone's "fashion" approval. That is, of course, if I find time between listening to 18 hours of boring lectures on the law of Contracts + taking my grandma to a super-exciting geriatric picnic (you want to go too, I'll be playing bridge with the folks in this picture) + Sunday brunch w/ friends & family +
sleeping in + yoga + running + Sunday's Rockies Game (yay! 2 rows from dugout).I digress, back to reunion stuff:
but... I'm not 'too cool' to not go to my reunion. I don't have this Romy and Michelle's dance perfected yet, click here. But, if anybody is willing to perform this dance w/ me so we can entertain ourselves next Friday, let me know!!!
p.s. i'll buy the vodka
[BTW: this is an" offer," all I need is your "acceptance" by showing an objective manifestation to be bound and some exchange of a legal detriment as "consideration" to make a legally enforceable "contract"]Update: ok, I'm a bigger lawyer dork than I even thought. After re-reading this post, was the contract picture really necessary? Worse though was the offer-acceptance-consideration nonesence. Ignore me.

I'll do the dance w/o the Vodka :D I really want to watch that movie again! At least a few cool people will be there so it shouldn't be too bad. You, Jacquelyn, and me (that I know of) and we're really cool :D It probably won't matter too much what you wear considering everyone in WY wears jeans and sweat shirts regardless of the occasion. Should be interesting... I figure this is the reunion that people will go to and if I don't go it really won't be worth it to go to any other ones.
I think I was pessimistic when I wrote my post -- but, I'm feeling better about the whole thing, I must have more anxiety than I realized (hopefully I won't really need the vodka either).
I'm excited you and Jacque are going -- its been so long since I've seen you. It will be nice to catch up in person and not just 'online.'
And, I'm not even stressing about an outfit (I have enough real-world things to stress over right now), I'll just do the jeans thing... since, like you said, everything is WY is always super casual.
