For the most part - there is little to dread about the summer.
EXCEPT: swimsuits
I was planning a vaca with some friends in August - but it looks like that might get pushed to October because of my entrance to the real world again. I'm starting my job earlier than I had first anticipated. Thus, I may not need to worry about a swimsuit in October... but, I am going to California with my family in August and they'll drag me to the public swimming pool, no doubt about it.
Here's a couple that I'm considering - let me know what you think?

I like #1 because of the skirt...and #3 because of the poofiness. If I were going out to buy one of these suits, I'd definitely go with #1 because I hate having my legs exposed like that. :) Enjoy the search for a suit...and your time at the public pool when it inevitably comes around.
I choose number 1. It is super cute and looks like it will be flattering as well. Don't think you are getting out of a swimming in October, they might have an indoor pool!
I'm so there with the swimsuit! But, I happen to go to the pool 2-3 times a week to play with my kids and get out of the house (mostly to keep it clean), and I really don't care what other people think of me in my swimsuit now, I used to fret over it, and now I just don't care! Hope you find the perfect suit that "suits" you:) Thanks for your sweet comment.
Number one is the cutest one I think, but I really like turquoise so that might be my determining factor.
