Memorial Day: Sunday

My family came to town for the holiday weekend. Sunday we spent some time in the morning at the mall. Then, we went to a Rockies baseball game. It was so fun - and they actually WON (which is quite a feat with their disappointing season so far). How did they go from NL Champs in the World Series to worst team in baseball? Nobody knows.

I scored us some AWESOME seats from a guy I used to work with; we were TWO rows from the visitor's dugout and could practically hear the players' conversations, at least the Mets' players. We grabbed some yummy lunch. I'm surprised by the variety of concession foods available (its not just hot dogs and peanuts anymore). I had a burrito bowl and a margarita.

Of course, we cheered and booed. We sang the National Anthem + Take Me Out to the Ballgame during the 7th inning stretch.
