another hiatus

Ok -- so the bar exam is over. I survived. I'm not sure if I passed, but yes, I am still alive. The results will be in sometime in early October. Keep your fingers crossed for me until then.

I can't believe its already August 12. California was wonderful... but not as relaxing as I would have hoped. (PS - if you need to relax, do NOT go to Disneyland in August). I need some spa time in Vegas - ASAP.

My vacation is over though -- and I started my new job yesterday. So far, so good.

Next on my agenda: moving this weekend. My lease is up Sunday. This week has been exhausting and I have a gazillion things on my mind.... I need to pack... I need milk for my all cereal-diet (temporary, but its basically all that is left in my apt)... how did I ever accumulate so many sweaters and vases... how come Uhaul hasn't called to confirm my reservation... where is the phone number to the electric company... when will I ever be able to afford a house?

My old apt is a mess, my new room is a construction zone, so I'll be living in the "loft/2nd living room" in the meantime (its a long story), and, of course, I can never find what I'm looking for when I need it (i.e. the Uhaul confirmation number)

Hopefully soon, I will re-gain control over my life and my possessions, and can resume clear thoughts again... until then, I need to save my functioning brain cells for work so my boss thinks I'm competent and not a complete wacko.
