
I really need some motivation and inspiration to get back to the gym. I like going and I love the sense of accomplishment and general feeling of 'good' that I get after going. Why can't I just find time to actually - go-?
Solution: I just stumbled upon iTrain.com. It's actually affordable, about $4.99 to download a workout (there are various one for weights, the treadmill, cycling, and ugh, stairs). Each workout can be used more than once. I'm going to try it on my next workout. I'll let you know how I like it.

hey...how are the iTrain podcasts? Do you like them? I am starting up running with Austin at Sunset Park and was thinking about getting the Nike+Run Original Drive by the Crystal Method. I just read an article in Shape magazine that it is the only thing that really works, as far as music goes, for Ali Larter.
