Yes, vacation! This time -- a real vacation, with lots of laughing, relaxing (did someone say hot tub! heated pool! heck ya!), shopping, and wine . . . all the good things in life, crammed into three days.
My bestest college friends and I made a pact to take a yearly trip. This year,
Destination: Palm Springs.It's a random choice and a city none of us had ever visited. We rented a car and drove from Ontario/L.A. to Palm Springs. We chatted and shared pictures/stories of our lives now, which we only really get to do once a year. We all live in different states and can never keep in touch as well as we should/want. Now we've all moved from our childhoods in Wyoming into adulthood -- families, careers -- in different states (Utah, Arizona, Colorado).
We didn't really find Palm Springs all that exciting, its a small town in the Coachella Valley that has a few large events per year, but not much else going on the rest of the time. Luckily, it didn't really matter to us.
Love you girls! It was so much fun; do we really have to wait until next year to go again?!?

That pic with the fur vests is tooo funny. Who is designing fashion these days? It was out of control fun...so glad to have you to spend one weekend a year with! I would go crazy without it.
